Thank you for visiting and shopping at Studio 928. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [6:00 PM EST/PST] will be processed on the following business day.
- High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Studio 928 ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Studio 928 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Studio 928 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
